Ogonów [ɔˈɡɔnuf] (German: Ogen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kamiennik, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Kamiennik, 13 km (8 mi) north-west of Nysa, and 56 km (35 mi) west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
