The Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) is a Thai governmental agency, founded in 2003. It is an office of the Thai Ministry of Education (MOE). Its mission is to organize and promote basic education from primary school to high school.[1]

History

Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) formed by mixed Department of General Education of Office of the National Primary Education Commission and Office of Private Education Commission of Ministry of Education together in Bureaucratic Revolution on 2003 [2]
