one.Vip Doo Skopje is a private mobile communications operator in Republic of Macedonia. It is a member of Telekom Austria Group, which has more than 23 million customers in eight countries in the region.

one.Vip DOO was created in 2015 with the merge of the two operators ONE and VIP which had been operating in Macedonia since 2003 and 2007, respectively.

Telekom Austria Group, owner of VIP and the Telekom Slovenije Group, owner of ONE agreed to merge their subsidiaries in October 2014. Telekom Austria Group has a 55% equity interest in and sole control over the newly created company, and Telekom Slovenije Group has an equity interest of 45%. The agreement includes options for the exit of the Telekom Slovenije Group within three years of the transaction's closing date.

In May 2016 the biggest Macedonian cable operator blizoo was completely legally integrated in the company.[1] The company serves about 1,3 million customers in Macedonia with a wide portfolio of fixed and mobile communication services.

one.Vip has been offering products and services under the brands Vip, ONE, blizoo and BoomTV and as of May 11, 2016 one.Vip is offering all telecommunications services under the brand Vip:[2] mobile prepaid and postpaid services and mobile internet, 4 play services, cable TV, fixed telephony and fiber-powered internet, digital TV, as well as premium ICT solutions. Vip also offers 4G LTE services on mobile devices and M2M services. As of that date all customers of Vip, ONE and blizoo tariff plans/models are becoming Vip customers.
