Oʻtkir Toʻxtamurodovich Sultonov (Russian: Уткир Тухтамурадович Султанов, Utkir Tuchtamuradovič Sultanov) (14 July 1939 – 29 November 2015) was the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan from 21 December 1995 until 12 December 2003.[1][2][3]
He was replaced by Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
