Norwegian Centre Against Racism
The Norwegian Centre Against Racism (Norwegian: Antirasistisk Senter; NCAR) is a non-governmental organization based in Oslo, Norway, whose main objective is to fight discrimination and racism.[1] It was founded in 1978 and its Director is Rune Berglund Steen. It operated a radio station, Tellus Radio/Radio Immigranten, from 1982 to 2008.
NCAR has a political management and three main departments:
