Full-time literacy and math coaches provide teachers with on-site training and educational strategies to accelerate student learning.

Pittsburgh Northview PreK-5 offers a partial Spanish magnet program supported by a dual certified elementary Spanish teacher. Magnet students receive daily Spanish instruction and the Spanish instructor works with reading and mathematics teachers to infuse Spanish into the content areas.
