Norby Telecom was the first and only IP based Pan-Baltic telecom, the oldest WiMAX operator in the Baltic States.
Norby core business areas were:
- United Metro network based on fiber-optics and other technologies in all three Baltic States - Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
- Private networks covering all three Baltic countries
- VOIP telephony solutions and services all over The Baltics
