Noelle Hope Freeman (born August 16, 1989) is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Carlsbad, California, who was crowned Miss California 2011.[1] She competed in the Miss America 2012 pageant where she placed 5th among all contestants.[2]
Freeman has previously held multiple titles, including Miss Teenage California 2007,[3] Miss Teen World U.S. 2007–2008, and Miss Culver City 2011.[4]
Freeman is a graduate of Chapman University, where she majored in public relations and advertising. She was an active member of Delta Gamma sorority and served as the President in 2010.[5][6]
