Nobuhiro Takahashi
Nobuhiro Takahashi is a Japanese scientist, engineer and inventor best known for having created "Shiri" the world's first stand alone robotic simulation of human buttocks[1] as well as the internet kissing machine.[2]
Biography
Takahashi received both of his advanced degrees from the University of Electro-Communications in Chōfu, Tokyo; his Bachelor of Engineering in 2011 and his Master of Engineering in 2012.[3] In 2012 the then 24 year old Takahashi premiered his prototype robotic human buttocks, which react to the slightest touch; clenching in fear or quivering with caress.[4] This creation received wide scale attention from the press as per it being the harbinger of what was once thought to be far off in the future realistic robots.[5] Later Takahashi's invention was featured in the music video for "never Say Never" by Basement Jaxx.[6]
