Dan and Bramwell Noah

Dan and Bramwell Noah are Australian film directors, producers, and screenwriters. The brother's production company, Noah's Art Movies, has produced 'Little Black Dress', 'I, Timon' and 'According to Ben Adams'. It is also producing the upcoming feature 'Something to do with Death'.[1][2]

The brothers directed 'Little Black Dress', which was released by Noah's Art Movies in 2009. It features the song Rouse Your Dream by Elvenking in the film.[3][2] The brothers directed 'The Fabled Fable', which was shown at the San Antonio Film Festival in 2013.[4]

'According to Ben Adams' (2014) was directed by the brothers, written by Bramwell, and produced by Dan. The title role was filled by Daniel Schepisi,[5] the nephew of director Fred Schepisi.[6] It is a story of what happens when the devil in a bad mood meets a gentle madman claiming to be Jesus.[7] Bramwell won "Best Actor" at the ReelHeART International Film and Screenplay Festival in 2015 in Toronto.[8] In 2016, it won the award for "Best Drama" at the Mexico International Film Festival.[9] Bramwell received a "Best Actor" nomination at the Maverick Movie Awards[10] and it was shown at the Buffalo Niagara Film Festival.[11]

Bramwell wrote the screenplay for 'I, Timon', based upon Shakespeare's Timon of Athens and both brothers were directors of the film for their production company, Noah's Art Movies. Dan was the producer.[12] It received the "Golden Palm Award" in 2017 at the Mexico International Film Festival.[13] Both brothers were identified under "Honorable Mention Director" and "Best Drama", and Bramwell for "Best Actor", at the Los Angeles Film Awards.[14] It was shown at the 2017 Hoboken International Film Festival,[15] where the brothers were nominated for "Best Director".[16]

'Something To Do With Death' is in development, which is to include Chinese-born actress LU Yi, Yanik Khoshnow, and Noah brothers film regulars Daniel Schepisi, Mladen Petrovic and Darren Mort.[17]
