Production
Working on his second movie Director Spencer Hawken utilized skills and relationships acquired in shooting his first zero budget movie Death Walks, and kept the movie a very local operation, using nearby businesses, and hoses of friends and acquaintances. The film had characters in which Hawken planned to cast some actors from the first film he created. The film is loosely based upon a couple of true stores that had deeply disturbed Hawken. Hawken believes that the best kind of horror is the kinds that can really happen.[5] The film also allowed him to bring Vicki Michelle to play the character of Dr. Victoria Spencer. She is best known for her role as Yvette Carte-Blanche in the BBC television comedy series 'Allo 'Allo! and as a recurring character Patricia Foster.[6]
