No Really, I'm Fine is the fourth full-length album, and sixth release from Sioux Falls, South Dakota band The Spill Canvas. Its title was announced on July 26, 2007. It currently has a rating of 3.4 "Great" on sputnikmusic.[2] The single "All Over You" peaked at No. 18 on Billboard's Hot Adult Top 40 Tracks chart, and No. 37 on the Top 40 Mainstream chart, in 2008. It also peaked at No. 77 on the Billboard Pop 100.
