Nidamanuru is a neighbourhood of Vijayawada in Krishna district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Vijayawada (rural) mandal of Vijayawada revenue division.[1] As per the G.O. No. M.S.104 (dated:23-03-2017), Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department, it became a part of Vijayawada metropolitan area.[2][3]

Geography

The Ryves Canal that originates from the Krishna river flows through the village and is the main source of irrigation and drinking.[4][5]

Transport

State runs APSRTC bus services from Vijayawada and Eluru to this village. Nidamanuru lies on National Highway 16.[6] Nidamanuru railway station serves with rail services.

Education

School of Planning and Architecture was established by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.[7]
