Next to You is an album by American country music singer Tammy Wynette released in 1989 on the Epic Records label, although the original sound recordings were by CBS Records. The album reached No. 42 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart.[1] Two singles were released from the album: "Next to You", which reached No. 51 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart, and "Thank the Cowboy for the Ride", which reached No. 66 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart and No. 51 on the RPM Country Tracks chart in Canada.
