New Mexico State Road 434 ( also termed State Highway 434 or NM 434) is a 36.8-mile-long (59.2 km) state highway in the U.S. state of New Mexico. The route travels through two counties: Colfax, and Mora, and through the communities of Agua Fria, Angel Fire, Black Lake, Guadalupita, and Mora. It includes a dangerous curve that concerns area residents and has prompted a wrongful death suit.[2]
