Neolithocolletis hikomonticola is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from Kyushu island in Japan.
The wingspan is about 5.5 mm.
The larvae feed on Pueraria lobata. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine is found on the lower surface of the leaf.
