Neil Graham (born April 21, 1985) is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player who is the current head coach of the ECHL Idaho Steelheads. Graham played for the Steelheads, Greenville Road Warriors, and South Carolina Stingrays in the ECHL and Augusta RiverHawks in the SPHL. Graham recorded 54 and 43 point seasons with the Riverhawks and served as assistant coach with Mercyhurst, where he played NCAA hockey.

On October 11, 2012, Graham was among forwards named to the Steelheads opening day roster.[1] Graham retired as a player during the 2012–13 season and became an assistant coach for the Steelheads. On August 7, 2015, he was named the team's head coach, succeeding Brad Ralph, who left the team to take the head coaching position with the WHL Kelowna Rockets. Graham is the first Steelheads head coach who played for the team.

Upon his hire the 30-year-old Graham became the youngest head coach in Steelheads history and the youngest head coach in the ECHL.[2]
