Neal James Buckon, (September 3, 1953) is an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church serving the Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA.
Biography
Neal Buckon was born in Columbus, Ohio. He studied at Saint Mary’s Seminary[1] in Cleveland, Ohio and was ordained a priest of the Cleveland diocese on May 25, 1995.[2]
Buckon was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese for the Military Services, USA as well as titular bishop of Vissalsa on January 3, 2011 by Benedict XVI. Buckon was consecrated as bishop on February 22, 2011.[3]
