The Nasar (or NasarĀ“i, Nasiri) tribe is an ethnic Pashtun Khilji tribe mainly living in Afghanistan and Pakistan, but it has remained a nomadic tribe through the history therefore spread in the provinces of Kunar, Paktia, Laghman, Nangarhar, Ghazani, Kabul, Herat, Qandus, and Kandahar province and also living in Pakistan in Balochistan.
Some mentionable population of Naseri also live in D. G. Khan (Punjab). A renowned warrior who remained a prominent figure in the war fought with British. Taj Muhammad, grandson of [[Shahbaig] Daudkhel ], migrated from sindh and settled in Loralai District of Balochistan in 1954.
