Radha's wife marries him with high hopes, but her dreams are shattered when she gets to know the real face of Radha who loves living on the criminal edge of life. In the end, Radha's sister, a nurse by profession, falls in love with a police officer (Prem Nazir) who is his brother in law but has not met him due to circumstances and marries him, while Radha and his wife die while she tries to save him from the bullets of the police fired by her own brother.
