N. K. Premachandran is an active Indian politician and Member of Parliament from Kollam. He is a Central Secretariat Member of Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP). He was the Minister of Water Resources in the state of Kerala (2006-2011), responsible for irrigation, ground water development, water supply and sanitation.[2]
Personal life
N K Premachandran was born to Krishna Pillai and Maheshwari Amma in Navaikulam, Kerala on 25 May 1960. He is married to Dr. Geetha Premachandran. He has one son.
