Muhammad Arshad Khan Leghari (Urdu: محمد ارشد خان لغاری; born 1 January 1960) is a Pakistani politician who is the current Minister of State for Industries and Production, in office since August 2017. He has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League (N).
Early life
He was born on 1 January 1960.[1]
Political career
He ran for the Provincial Assembly of Punjab from PP-297 constituency in Pakistani general election, 2002.[2]
He was elected as the member of the National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-197 (Rahim Yar Khan) in Pakistani general election, 2008.[3][4][5]
He was elected as the member of the National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-197 (Rahim Yar Khan) in Pakistani general election, 2013.[6][7][8][9]
Following the election of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi as Prime Minister of Pakistan in August 2017, he was inducted into the federal cabinet of Abbasi.[10][11] He was appointed as the Minister of State for Industries and Production.[12]
