Muhammad Ali vs. Ernie Terrell

Muhammad Ali and Ernie Terrell fought each other in a 15-round boxing match at the Astrodome in Houston on February 6, 1967. The fight went the full distance with Ali winning through a unanimous decision. Ali had been angered with his opponent before the fight when Terrell referred to him as Cassius Clay. Ali taunted Terrell during the bout and beat him savagely but refused to move in for the knockout. He kept asking Terrell "whats my name?" This performance was seen as vicious and made Ali unpopular with many boxing fans.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
