The mountain sooty boubou or mountain boubou (Laniarius poensis) is a species of bird in the Malaconotidae family.
It is found in Cameroon and adjacent Nigeria, Bioko; Rwanda, Burundi and adjacent areas of Uganda and Democratic Republic of the Congo.
