MotoGP is the first game of the MotoGP game series for the PlayStation 2 and the first one published by Namco. It is based on the arcade game 500GP. It is also available for the original Xbox

The game received "generally favorable reviews" according to the review aggregation website Metacritic.[1] In Japan, Famitsu gave it a score of 35 out of 40.[3] Its reception was high.
