Moser River, Nova Scotia
Moser River is a small rural community named after the river on which it is situated. Moser River lies in the eastern part of the Halifax Regional Municipality in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, Canada, on Trunk 7, 141 kilometres (88 mi) from Halifax. The community is located on the Marine Drive. The community is on the head of Necum Teuch Harbour on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. The main industries are fishing, forestry and tourism. There used to be a school, Eastern Consolidated School, in the community, but it is currently inactive as of June 2016, due to its very low student population.[1]
