The Moscos Islands Wildlife Sanctuary is a demarcated wildlife reserve located in the Moscos Islands, Burma. It is governed by the Burma Forest Department and the level of protection is total.

The main purposes of the reserve are habitat conservation and natural resources maintenance. The typical habitat is tropical evergreen forest. Tourists are not allowed within the wildlife reserve.[1]
