Moombah!

Moombah! is a 2009 song by the Dutch producer Silvio Ecomo and the Surinamese-Dutch producer Chuckie. The song was notably remixed by Afrojack and Dave Nada.

The Afrojack remix shows similarities to "Pon De Floor" by Major Lazer which as co-produced by Afrojack and contains drums by Nebat Drums. The song contains a sample of “Blow Up The Speakers” (2000) by the Belgian group The Moon.

In the later released Dave Nada remix the song is slowed down from 128 BPM to 108 BPM. Also some samples were added, for example vocals from “Está Loca” (1989) by The Latin Age. This version of the song was the beginning of the genre moombahton.
