Mona Fastvold (born March 7, 1986) is a Norwegian filmmaker and actress based in Brooklyn, New York. Her feature directorial debut was The Sleepwalker (2014) at Sundance.[1] She has directed music videos for several musicians, most notably ex-husband Sondre Lerche.
The Childhood of a Leader (2015) is Fastvold's second film.
Fastvold had a minor role in The Other Woman.[2]
Personal life
She married Norwegian musician Sondre Lerche in 2005.[3] They divorced in 2013.[4][5] She has been dating actor-director Brady Corbet since the production of their film The Sleepwalker (2014). They had a daughter in 2014.[6][7]
