Mohannad

Muhannad (Arabic: مهند) is a sword used in Arabia in ancient times. It is also a masculine Arabic name. Its name is derived from the word for India (الهند al-Hind) and could mean both "India-ified" or "Indian". The iron used for it came from India, but it is uknown whether the sword was made in Arabia or India. Almuhannad was popular in Arabia.
