The Miss Universe Malaysia 2016 also referred to as The Next Miss Universe Malaysia 2016 is the 53rd edition of the Miss Universe Malaysia pageant which was held at the Palace of the Golden Horses Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on January 30, 2016 where the reigning winner Vanessa Tevi Kumares crowned her successor Kiran Jassal from Subang Jaya, Selangor.[1] All fourteen contestants from different origin were competed for the crown. Jassal will represent Malaysia at the Miss Universe 2016.[2]
