The Miss New York competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the state of New York in the Miss America pageant. Miss New York has won the Miss America crown six times (and is the first state to produce winners three years in a row):

1925	No Miss New York	Edith Higgins, Miss Bronx; Beatrice Roberts, Miss New York City; and Fern Jackson, Miss Syracuse were Finalists.
