Misamis Institute of Technology is a private, non-sectarian, co-educational institution of higher learning in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, Philippines. It offers maritime courses such as Marine Transportation (Nautical), Marine Engineering; it also offers Engineering and Technology courses, and allied courses such as Commerce, Mass Communication, Computer Studies.

The Misamis Institute of Technology headed by Capt. Rene A. Magsang. it is the original MIT in Ozamiz City.
