Milíkov (German Miltigau) is a village in Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. It is located 30 kilometres (19 mi) southwest of Karlovy Vary and 135 kilometres (84 mi) west of Prague.
The municipality covers an area of 19.47 square kilometres (7.52 sq mi) and as of 2011 it had a population of 241. First written notice about the village is from year 1088.
