Michigan Lavender Festival

Michigan Lavender Festival is an annual event held in Romeo, Michigan since 2002.[1] The festival is planned to coincide with the prime time for the lavender crop's flowering and fragrance. The event is hosted by the Michigan-based herbal bodycare company: Gabriel's Garden. Festival programming has included an educational series on lavender history, folklore, agriculture and uses, garden tours, art instruction, lavender craft workshops, and live harp & dulcimer music in the garden. The festival includes an open-aire marketplace featuring more than 40 local area farms and artisans of genuine Made-in-Michigan products.
