Michel Vauzelle (born 15 August 1944 in Montélimar, Drôme) is a member of the Socialist Party and was Minister of Justice in the Pierre Bérégovoy government in 1992–1993. He was the president of the regional council of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur from 1998 until 2015.
He is also the PS deputy for the 16th constituency of Bouches-du-Rhône, where he defeated the UMP incumbent (who had previously defeated him in 2002) in 2007 with 52.32% in the runoff.
