The Meskinsay Forest Reserve (or Meskin-Say Forest Reserve) is located in Ala-Buka District of Jalal-Abad Province of Kyrgyzstan. It was established in 1975 with a purpose of conservation of the largest in Ala-Buka District spruce forests. The forest reserve occupies 483 hectares.[1]
