Merlin Properties

Merlin Properties is a Spanish real estate company, structured as a REIT. It is based in Madrid and listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange. It acquires and manages commercial property (office, retail, logisitics and hotels) in Spain and Portugal.[1]

As of April 2017 it was a component of the IBEX 35.[2]
