This page lists the songs and artists that have won Melodifestivalen, the Swedish preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest. There was no competition in 1964, 1970 and 1976.

  1. "Lilla stjärna" was chosen in an internal selection between SVT and the Swedish Society of Popular Music Composers, therefore no public competition was held.
  2. The Swedish Eurovision singers in 1959, 1960 and 1961 were chosen internally by SVT, the songs were performed by different singers at Melodifestivalen.
  3. ”The band's name was changed to "Nova" for Eurovision in order to avoid confusion between the band and the country of the same name.
  4. The song's title was changed to "Boogaloo" for Eurovision, due to use of a brand name.
