Melissa St. Vil (born 8th September 1983, Haiti) is a Haitian-American boxer in the Lightweight division.[1][2][3][4]
Pro career
On July 31, 2009,[5] Melissa beat boxer Jennifer Han[6] who was a former World Combat League fighter, IKF Amateur Tournament Champion, and a Four-Time National Boxing Champion (Golden Gloves and USA Boxing). Melissa is managed by Brian Cohen
Roger Mayweather
Melissa was the alleged victim of Floyd Mayweather, Jr.'s trainer and uncle Roger Mayweather. She was rushed by ambulance to Mountain View Hospital and was treated for her injuries and later released. Roger Mayweather would then be arrested and charged with 2 felonies. The first count for coercion force, the second count for battery with strangulation.[7]
