Mechouia salad (Arabic: سلطة مشوية, is a salad of Arab salads, which is especially consumed in the summer, is a grilled vegetables, tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic and there are those who add eggplant. They are grilled in the oven or on the stove and then grinded together, then the spices are placed as tuna and olive oil are placed and sometimes boiled eggs are placed for decoration.[1][2][3][4][5]
