Meant to Be is a Philippine romance-comedy television drama broadcast by GMA Network featuring Barbie Forteza, Ivan Dorschner, Ken Chan, Jak Roberto, and Addy Raj. It premiered on January 9, 2017 on GMA Telebabad block replacing Someone to Watch Over Me.[1] The series ended its 24-week run on June 23, 2017 with a total of 118 episodes, and replaced by I Heart Davao.

Barbie Forteza Maria Belinda "Billie" Bendiola The lead female protagonist of the series. She is street-smart and full of energy. Even when she is tired of her life, she never surrenders to help her family and find the one who was meant for her.
Ken Chan Yuan Cruz Lee The illegitimate son of the Chinese businessman, who is rich and arrogant. He had a fight with Billie at first, an event which the both of them will never forget. And after they finally see the real "Yuan" they get along easily. He won the heart of Billie.
Ivan Dorschner Ethan Spencer-Hughes A half-Filipino and half-British chef. He is also the most responsible of his friends, and he is the first love of Billie.
Jak Roberto Andres "Andoy" dela Cruz A Filipino promdi guy. He is a certified dog lover and he's also very shy when it comes to the girl he likes. He is Lola Madj's Grandson.
Addy Raj Jai Patel An Indian playboy who changes heart just to prove to Billie that he loves her.

Gloria Romero Donya Madonna 'Lola Madj' Sta. Maria Andoy's sassy and cool grandmother, who is the owner of the condo of four boys. She is also Billie's adviser through the strange world of love.
Manilyn Reynes Amelia 'Mamay' Altamirano-Bendiola Single mom, Billie's pragmatic mother and Pawie's wife. Even when she is being alone, she is being supported by her son and daughter with full of love.
Keempee de Leon Wilton 'Pawie' Bendiola Billie and Bats's witty and cool father and Mamay's husband. He will do everything to prove himself to his family.
Sheryl Cruz Beatriz Spencer Del Valle One of the member of the singing trio wherein she's together with Suzy and Mamay. Her one-night-stand with Pawie is the possible reason for ending their friendship. She is the aunt and godmother of Ethan and mother of Toti and Avi.
Tina Paner Suzy Altamirano Mamay's fraternal twin and Billie's peevish aunt. As Mariko's mother, she wants nothing but the best for her dear daughter.
Mika Dela Cruz Mariko Altamirano Prim, proper and polished. Even though she and Billie have their polar opposite, she is a super close friend to her cousin. She is Suzy's daughter to a Japanese tycoon.
Sef Cadayona Batugan "Bats" Bendiola Billie's loving and witty but lazy, prank and comic brother.
Stephanie Sol Carmina 'Cacai/Cai' Bahaghari Billie and Bats' childhood friend who migrated to Thailand. In her reunion with Bats, they'll have to begin their love story.

This series serve a reunion project for the 80's girl group, Triplets, 90's popular love team Manilyn Reynes and Keempee de Leon. Barbie and Ken after being part of the youth-oriented TV series Tween Hearts in 2011-2012, Barbie and Jak after working together on indie film Laut (2016), Barbie and Ivan after appearing in the Saturday Drama Anthology Maynila: Bet Kita! in 2012 and Barbie and Mika Dela Cruz after Ang Darling Kong Aswang in 2009.
