Sullivan Athletic Center is a 3,000-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of DePaul University in Chicago, in the U.S. state of Illinois. The arena opened in 2000, replacing Alumni Hall. It was a part-time home to the DePaul men's basketball team from its opening through 2017, the regular home of the women's basketball team during the same period, and remains home to the women's volleyball team. It was formerly named the DePaul Athletic Center.
The DePaul Athletic Center was renamed the Sullivan Athletic Center in 2006. It houses both McGrath-Phillips Arena (women's basketball and volleyball) as well as the DePaul athletic department. It served as the host of the 2002 Conference USA women's basketball tournament.[1]
In 2010, the court was named after the long time coach of the women's basketball team, Doug Bruno.[2]
The basketball teams moved out after their respective 2016–17 seasons for the new Wintrust Arena at the McCormick Place convention complex.
