Maureen McKenna Goldberg

Maureen McKenna Goldberg is a justice on the Rhode Island Supreme Court.[1]

Goldberg is a 1978 graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Previously she graduated from St. Mary Academy – Bay View, in 1969 and Providence College in 1973. Goldberg was an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division from 1978 to 1984. She served as South Kingstown Town Solicitor from 1985 to 1987 and Westerly Town Solicitor from 1987 to 1990, and as Westerly Acting Town Manager in 1990. In 1990 she was appointed an Associate Justice for Rhode Island Superior Court, serving from July 1990 to May 1997 before Governor Lincoln Almond appointed her to the Rhode Island Supreme Court.[1]
