Matthew Peter Dominic Bullock (born 9 September 1949) is a former banker and chief executive. Since 2014, he has been Master of St Edmund's College, Cambridge. He was Chief Executive of Norwich and Peterborough Building Society from 1999 to 2011.[1][2][3]
