Masterpiece is an upcoming Indian Malayalam language action film directed by Ajai Vasudev and starring Mammooty in the lead role, who appears as a college professor.[1] It is the second collaboration of the director with Mammooty, the first one being the hit film Rajadhi Raja. The film also stars Poonam Bajwa, Gokul Suresh, Unni Mukundan, Santhosh Pandit and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. Udaykrishna of the Udaykrishna–Sibi K. Thomas duo is the scenerist.[2] The shooting has started on 17 April 2017.[3] Stunts are choreographed by Stunt Silva and Anal Arasu.

Development
The movie was officially announced in a press meet held in Dubai.[4][5]
Filming
The shooting commenced on 17th, April 2017.[6] Santhosh Pandit is playing a prominent role in the movie as the actor is officially agreed the news. [7][8]
