Abrazo Maryvale Campus formerly Maryvale Hospital Medical Center and (Maryvale Samaritan Medical Center) is an acute care hospital located in Phoenix, Arizona and provides, 24-hour emergency care.
History
Maryvale Hospital opened in 1961. In 1998, Samaritan Health System sold Maryvale Hospital to Vanguard Health Systems.[3] In 2003, Vanguard established Abrazo Health Care as its Arizona subsidiary. Abrazo is the second largest health care delivery system in Arizona, United States. Abrazo Health Care is located in Phoenix, Arizona.[4] In 2013, Vanguard was acquired by Tenet Healthcare.[5]
