Marlands is an unincorporated community in the town of Lac du Flambeau, Vilas County, Wisconsin, United States. Marlands is located on the eastern shore of Fence Lake 4 miles (6.4 km) east-southeast of the community of Lac du Flambeau.

The Marlands get its name from the famous Mars family which built a large timber lodge there, complete with a private boat channel and a number of cottages. The lodge burned down in the 1970s. The lodge was a notable structure as it utilized no nails, only pegs to hold the timbers together. The fire was witnessed by neighbors across Mars Bay, a bay within Fence Lake named for the Mars family.

Other notable families on Fence Lake are the Davidson's of Harley-Davidson, the Johnson Wax family built the Lighthouse resort, and a number of prominent industrialists located on the shores of Mars Bay.
