Maria Asteria Sastrayu Rahajeng, often called Maria Rahajeng (born October 3, 1991 in Blora, Central Java) is an Indonesian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Indonesia 2014[1] and represented her country at the Miss World 2014 pageant.

Miss Indonesia's CROWN

Maria Asteria Sastrayu Rahajeng is successor incumbent at 17 February 2014 -16 February 2015 (only 1 year hold the crown) and her crown is given to Miss Indonesia 2015.

Early life

Rahajeng graduated from Communication Science at Pelita Harapan University, Jakarta. Previously, she was crowned as Miss Pelita Harapan University 2009. In 2013 she participated at APEC Voice of the Future in Denpasar, Bali.[2]

Pageantry

Miss Indonesia 2014

Rahajeng was crowned as Miss Indonesia 2014 or Miss World Indonesia 2014 representing West Sulawesi on February 17, 2014.[3]

Miss World 2014

Rahajeng represented Indonesia at Miss World 2014 where she competed to succeed the current titleholder, Megan Young of Philippines.Maria Placed in Top 10 Talent and She won the Beauty With a Purpose with Miss India, Miss Kenya, Miss Brazil and Miss Guyana. She made into the Top 25, but failed to make into the top 10.
