Maria Giulia Confalonieri (born 30 March 1993) is an Italian track and road racing cyclist.[2] As a Junior rider on the track she won in 2011 the World Junior Championships - Points Race and again on the track she won in 2013 the women's under-23 scratch at the European Track Championships. On the road she competed at the 2013 UCI Road World Championships in the women's team time trial.
